Construct an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003) <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5.4100) <br /> d. The irrigation well shall be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. Provide a sanitary seal between the turbine pump and the well casing <br /> on Parcel 3. <br /> e. Implement the manure waste water management plan accepted by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and approved by the Califomia Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> -12- <br />
