A second <br /> application referral was mailed on September 2, 1992, with responses requested by September 10, 1992. <br /> Department of Public Works (response: 7-28-92): <br /> See 'Conditions of Approval.' <br /> Public Health Services (responses: 7-22-92 & 10-6-92): <br /> In its first response to the application referral, Public Health Services requested that no action be taken <br /> on the application until a manure waste management plan had been prepared and approved by Public <br /> Health Services and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. The plan was necessary in order to <br /> determine if a 40-acre parcel was large enough to adequately dispose of the manure generated by the <br /> cattle feed lot. The second response from Public Health indicated that the plan had been prepared and <br /> approved by the appropriate responsible agencies. See 'Conditions of Approval.' <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (response: 9-28-92): <br /> a The Board's letter stated that the owner's wastewater management plan, if implemented, should protect <br /> the site's water quality and that the size of Parcel 3 appears to be adequate to dispose the waste <br /> generated by the feed lot. <br /> As of September 25, 1992, no responses were received from the following: <br /> Building Inspection Division Pacific Bell <br /> County Assessor State Department of Fish and Game <br /> Mosquito Abatement District City of Stockton <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Tracy Unified School District <br /> Reclamation District No. 524 Delta Island School District <br /> APPLICATION DATA <br /> A legal ad for the public hearing was published in the Stockton Record on 10-5-92. <br /> No. of public hearing notices mailed: 12.
