r <br /> CONSTRUCTION PHASING <br /> The proiect is envisioned to be constructed in two Dhases. <br /> 2011(Phase I� <br /> See Table 1 and Site Plan for a summary of Phase I additions. <br /> Phase 1 includes the lengthening of three existing working tracks, as well as the construction of three new support <br /> tracks.To accommodate lengthening,modate the track len thenin ,the existing gate and maintenance buildings will be demolished and <br /> relocated, and several new support buildings will be constructed.All buildings and significant structures are <br /> anticipated to be completed in Phase I.Two crane maintenance pads will be constructed in Phase I.Additional <br /> parking will be provided for employees, and the employee parking lot access point to Lathrop Road will be <br /> constructed.The main facility entrance at Roth Road will be relocated slightly east of its current position. One septic <br /> system will be removed and a new one will be constructed as part of this phase.To serve the sanitary sewer needs <br /> at the south end of the site,either a connection to the Manteca sanitary sewer system will be established,or <br /> E evaporation basins and a septic system will be constructed.Additional pavement will be constructed to furnish areas <br /> for container bays. Detention and retention basis will be constructed as needed to manage stormwater runoff per <br /> County standards. Finally, lift capacity will be increased to 400,000 lifts per year. <br /> 2022 (Estimated,date subject to change based on market&economic conditions) (Phase ll) <br /> See Table 1 and Site Plan for a summary of Phase II additions. <br /> Phase II construction will consist of two additional working tracks and two additional support tracks, as well as <br /> additional pavement and container bays.
