(Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1100.3 &9-1150.2) <br /> 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 7. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 8. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time <br /> of payment: <br /> a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and I-5 southbound ramps. <br /> 9. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time <br /> of payment: <br /> a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and I-5 northbound ramps. <br /> 10. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time <br /> of payment: <br /> a) Addition of a lane to the southbound State Route 99 freeway segment between French Camp <br /> Road and Lathrop Road. <br /> 11. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share traffic <br /> mitigations for site specific traffic impacts as follows: <br /> a) 6.1%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and I-5 State Route <br /> 3 southbound ramps and the following improvements at that intersection: <br /> I. Conversion of the southbound approach from a left and shared left/through/right tum <br /> lane to a separate left tum lane and a shared right turn/through lane. <br /> H. Installation of an additional left tum lane on the westbound approach. <br /> b) 9.8%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and 1-5StateRete <br /> 3 northbound ramps. <br /> c) 12.2%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Harlan Road and Roth Road <br /> including and the following improvements at that intersection: <br /> I.
