Mo Hatef -3- Community Development Department PA-0900184(UP) review shall be per the current Public Works fee schedule in place at the time of submittal. (Development Title Sections 9-1100.3 &9-1150.2) 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) 7. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and I-5 southbound ramps. 9. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Lathrop Road and I-5 northbound ramps. 10. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Addition of a lane to the southbound State Route 99 freeway segment between French Camp Road and Lathrop Road. 11. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share traffic mitigations for site specific traffic impacts as follows: a) 6.1%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and I-5 State Route 3 southbound ramps and the following improvements at that intersection: I. Conversion of the southbound approach from a left and shared left/through/right tum lane to a separate left tum lane and a shared right turn/through lane. H. Installation of an additional left tum lane on the westbound approach. b) 9.8%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Roth Road and 1-5StateRete 3 northbound ramps. c) 12.2%of the cost to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Harlan Road and Roth Road including and the following improvements at that intersection: I.
