Conversion of westbound and southbound approaches from shared left- <br /> turn/through/right-turn land to separate left-tum lane and a shared through/right tum <br /> lane. <br /> Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of payment shall be <br /> credited against the required RTIF fee. <br /> 12. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 1,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time <br /> of payment: <br /> a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of French Camp Road and State Route 99 <br /> southbound ramps. <br /> 13. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and French Camp Road by paying the <br /> applicable fees for the project under the TIMF program at the time of payment: <br /> a) Additional left tum lane on the southbound Airport Way approach. <br /> b) Additional left tum lane on the westbound French Camp Road approach. <br /> 14. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and Daisywood Drive: <br /> a) Installation of a separate left turn lane and a shared through/right tum lane on the eastbound <br /> and westbound Daisywood Drive approaches. <br /> b) Installation of a second southbound through lane. <br /> Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of payment shall be credited <br /> against the required RTIF fee. <br /> 15. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the <br /> following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Lathrop Road and I-5 southbound ramps by paying the <br /> applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: <br /> a) Conversion of the eastbound approach from shared through/right turn lane to three separate <br /> through lanes and two free right tum lanes. <br /> b) Construction of one additional left turn lane and two additional through lanes on the <br /> westbound approach. <br /> c) Conversion of the shared left turn/through/right turn lane on the southbound approach to two <br /> left tum lanes,separate through lane and a free right turn lane. <br /> 16.
