Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of Airport Way and Lathrop Road by paying the a__" ' r fees fef the prejeet under the R-TIF pfegFafn at the time ef payment: a) Installation of an additional through lane on the northbound approach. b) Installation of an additional left turn lane and conversion of the separate right turn lane to a shared through/right tum lane on the southbound approach. c) Conversion of the eastbound approach from'separate left,through and right turn lanes to two left tum lanes,two through lanes and one right turn lane. d) Conversion of the westbound approach from a separate left tum lane and a shared through/right turn lane to one left tum lane,two through lanes and one right turn lane. Fair share payments for mitigations that are included in the RTIF program at the time of payment shall be credited against the required RTIF fee. 18. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigations at the intersection of French Camp Road and State Route 99 southbound ramps by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Conversion of the shared left turn/through lane and separate right turn lane to a separate left turn lane and a shared through/right turn lane on the northbound and southbound approaches. 19. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Route 99 Northbound Ramps and French Camp Road. 20. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2, applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Addition of a lane to the northbound I-5 freeway segment between Lathrop Road and Roth Road. 21. Prior to issuance of any building permits for phase 2,applicant shall pay the project's fair share cost for the following traffic mitigation by paying the applicable fees for the project under the RTIF program at the time of payment: a) Addition of a lane to the northbound I-5 freeway segment between Roth Road and Matthews Road. 22.
