Informational Notes: <br /> i. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater <br /> devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> ii. All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the <br /> time of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction <br /> requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California <br /> (CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit issuance. As an example, these <br /> requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above the expected <br /> flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS(Staff Contact: Laurel Boyd, 235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br /> Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 30-day process, and it is recommended <br /> that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. Please contact <br /> SJMSCP staff regarding completing the following steps to satisfy SJMSCP requirements: <br /> (1) Schedule a SJMSCP Biologist to perform a pre-construction survey prior to any ground <br /> disturbance. <br /> (2) Sign and return Incidental Take Minimization Measures to SJMSCP staff(given to the <br /> project applicant after the pre-construction survey is completed). <br /> (3) Pay the appropriate fee based on SJMSCP findings. <br /> (4) Receive the Certificate of Payment to release the required permit. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Patia Siong, <br /> 559-230-5930) <br /> a. District Rule 9510 is intended to mitigate a project's impact on air quality through project <br /> design elements or by payment of applicable off-site mitigation fees. Any applicant subject <br /> to District Rule 9510 is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment application to the <br /> District no later than seeking final discretionary approval and to pay any applicable off-site <br /> mitigation fees before issuance of the first building permit. If approval of the subject project <br /> constitutes the last discretionary approval,the District recommends that demonstration of <br /> compliance with District Rule 9510, including payment of all applicable fees, be made a <br /> condition of the project's approval. <br /> 6. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Sam Bologna, 209-249-4617) <br /> a. Any proposed disposal of storm water that will ultimately discharge into District facilities <br /> shall conform to the District's current policy relative to storm drainage. Hydraulic <br /> calculations and plans for proposed storm system shall be provided to the District for <br /> review and approval and shall conform to the approved Storm Drainage Master Plan. In <br /> regards to storm drainage, the District has determined that the existing agreement with <br /> Union Pacific does not comply with the current system drainage policy. As such, <br /> approval of plans for existing and/or additional storm drainage will need to be brought in <br /> compliance with the current policy relative to acceptance of storm water. <br /> b. All District irrigation and drainage facilities which are determined by the District to be <br /> affected by the proposed development, shall be replaced with rubber gasket reinforced <br />
