Located on the N. side of Roth Rd, . 350' E. of Vallejo <br /> Ct. , S. of French Camp. <br /> APPLICANT: Tony Cenbrano APN: 193-320-8 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Roth Road has existing right-of-way width of 57 . 5 to 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-13 <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> 3 .
