COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-15 <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $236 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" . The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5. The frontage improvement for Roth Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the curb <br /> and gutter will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval.
