Dear: Ms. Allen: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District owns, operates and maintains irrigation facilities near <br /> the property described in the subject application. <br /> Upon review of the materials supplied, there does not appear to be any major concern for the <br /> District relative to the proposed use permit as long as it would not result in an encroachment of <br /> the District's easement or drainage into the District's facilities. Applicant shall contact District <br /> for approval if said encroachment or drainage conditions will apply. It is requested that any off <br /> site improvement plans that may affect District facilities be submitted for review and approval. <br /> If irrigation service is no longer possible, or desired, the owner may want to sign a service <br /> abandonment agreement in order to avoid water charges for property not capable of receiving <br /> water service.
