Conditions of Approval <br /> UP 88-19 <br /> Page -9- <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS- <br /> Required Off-Site Roadway Improvements: <br /> a. Dedication to result in a minimum sixty-two foot (621 ) <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Schulte Road to <br /> the property line shall be required across the frontage <br /> of APN 209-110-20, 21, and 22 . <br /> b. The frontage improvements for Schulte Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for . a <br /> 124-foot right-of-way major collector road. <br /> C. Dedication to result in a minimum sixty-two foot (621 ) <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Patterson Pass <br /> Road to the property line with a 20 ' by 20 ' corner <br /> cut-off (snipe) at the intersection of Schulte Road and <br /> Patterson Pass Road shall be required across the frontage <br /> of APN 209-100-23 . <br /> d. The frontage improvements for Patterson Pass Road shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for a <br /> 124-foot right-of-way major collector road. <br /> e. (1) Truck entrance should be located near the east side <br /> of-the project. <br /> (2) Special "Radius" Driveway approaches shall be <br /> utilized for all vehicles access points. Minimum <br /> of width of ingress and egress lanes shall be <br /> forty-four feet (441 ) . <br /> f. Public Improvements to County facilities and utility <br /> systems built to County standards shall be completed <br /> prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br /> g. Dedication to result in a minimum sixty-two foot (621 ) <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Schulte Road to <br /> the property line shall be required across the frontage <br /> of APN 209-110-20, 21, and 22 . <br /> h. The frontage improvements for Schulte Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for a <br /> 124-foot right-of-way major collector road. <br /> i.
