Conditions of Approval <br /> UP 88-19 <br /> Page -11- <br /> accordance with County standards (see attached diagram of <br /> typical cross-sections for Patterson Pass Road and <br /> Schulte Road) . <br /> Frontage improvements, including six-foot-wide paved <br /> shoulder/breakdown lane and curb and gutter, shall be <br /> required along Safeway' s property on the southerly side <br /> of Patterson Pass Road and Schulte Road and on the west <br /> side of Hansen Road from Schulte Road to the boundary of <br /> the Gateway Business Park. <br /> The gollowing specific roadway and bridge improvements are the <br /> responsibility of Safeway and the developer(s) of the Gateway <br /> Business Park and Bay Cities truck stop projects: <br /> p. Schulte Road Patterson Pass Road to Safeway truck <br /> driveway: <br /> Minimum lane configuration: <br /> Two through lanes each direction. <br /> Center median for left-turn lane (s) at <br /> intersections. <br /> Integration of existing roadway into the new <br /> roadway section is subject to review of structural <br /> strength of existing roadway and final alignment <br /> and phasing of roadway construction. <br /> Edge treatment: <br /> Six- loot-wide paved shoulder/breakdown lane where <br /> adjacent to curb and gutter along frontage; four- <br /> foot-wide paved shoulder elsewhere, two-foot-wide <br /> adjacent to median. <br /> Right-of-way: <br /> The developers shall provide a 62-foot-wide minimum <br /> right-of-way along their frontage from the ultimate <br /> design centerline. An additional right-of-way <br /> shall be required for turn-lane widening, <br /> structures, or for cut and fill slopes, if <br /> required. The ultimate right-of-way shall be 124 <br /> feet minimum, with three through lanes (136 feet at <br /> intersection where required due to multiple turn <br /> lanes) . <br />
