LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Stewart Street, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) Areas of the property whish are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected along the property line of <br /> APN 119-080-16. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen.
