(3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. A minimum of two trees shall be planted <br /> and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.6) <br /> j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and gated <br /> on the fourth side.
