(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Yousif Halloum APN: 055-160-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps <br /> will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Flag City Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> ei delay <br /> - - <br /> v - <br /> �eeee <br /> 1.
