All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, and with no spillover beyond <br /> the property. <br /> 6. No flickering or flashing lights are permitted. <br /> 7 . All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. The following specific standards must be <br /> met: <br /> a. A minimum of 15% of the net site area shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> b. A minimum 10 foot wide planting strip is required <br /> along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways. <br /> 8. Seven (7) copies of the Improvement Plan must be <br /> submitted to the Planning Division for distribution to <br /> the involved County Agencies. <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 9 . One freestanding pole-type sign shall be permitted <br /> pursuant to Section 9-6410 of the Planning Title. <br /> 10. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement.
