a 60-foot-wide local commercial street, which will be deferred upon execution by the owner of 'a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement, with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and 2, and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil.Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing with an estimate for an additional fee of$115.00. (Development Title Section 9- 1160.2(d)(3)) g. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel (Development Map. Title Section 9-910.20 h. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) i. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the Environmental Health Division of Public Health Services, the Department of Public Works, and the Linden County Water District. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the Environmental Health Division of Public Health Services, the Department of Public Works, and the Linden County Water District. A retention pond shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide. adequate drainage for.the subdivision. The parcels shall drain into a drainage system when it becomes available(within 200 feet) and shall annex to the Special District or County Service Area maintaining the system.
