C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with Mase material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. FIREWALLS: Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed <br /> of one-hour fire resistive material. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Tom lwamiya, 468-3023) <br /> a. Any dedications, improvements, or permits for State Route 26 shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$3,081.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Retail Service in the Linden area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
