C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with Mase material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. Any dedications, improvements, or permits for State Route 26 shall be as required by Caltrans. b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$3,081.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Retail Service in the Linden area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
