Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plants to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> F. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health i)epatinient for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> G. if floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sutd/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental ficalth Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents pricer to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $178.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> H. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br />
