(development Title Section 9-1020.8{b}) <br /> h. Trash bias shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides and <br /> e <br /> gated on the fourth side. ,(Development Title Section 9-1020.8{e}) <br /> i. Parking Eot lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1015.5{g} of the Developirtent Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto <br /> public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the USC,Appendix, Chapter <br /> 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> "Engineered Grading Requirements.' <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall.be incorporated in the grading <br /> plans. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> } <br /> (6) All grading permits=are subgect to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-93-26 <br />
