The EPA places three conditions on this type of registration: • no effective registered pesticides are available, • no feasible alternative control practices are available, and • the situation involves the introduction of a new pest or will present significant risks to human health or the environment or will cause significant economic loss. None of the subject property chemicals were listed by the SJCACO Section 18 substances. Pesticide Use Reports: According to the Pesticide Use Reports provided to AGE for the subject property, the following agricultural chemicals were used on the property. Included for each of the agricultural chemicals reported to have been used on the subject property is a summary of the use, .. toxicity and half-life (if available) as referenced in EXTOXNET (EXtension TOXicology NETwork), a cooperative effort of University of California-Davis, Oregon State University, Michigan State University, Cornell University, and the University of Idaho,in the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)provided bythe manufacturer for that chemical.Copies of chemical information sheets are provided in Appendix C. �..
