The EPA places three conditions on this type of <br /> registration: <br /> • no effective registered pesticides are available, <br /> • no feasible alternative control practices are available, and <br /> • the situation involves the introduction of a new pest or will present significant risks to human <br /> health or the environment or will cause significant economic loss. <br /> None of the subject property chemicals were listed by the SJCACO Section 18 substances. <br /> Pesticide Use Reports: According to the Pesticide Use Reports provided to AGE for the subject <br /> property, the following agricultural chemicals were used on the property. Included for each of the <br /> agricultural chemicals reported to have been used on the subject property is a summary of the use, <br /> .. toxicity and half-life (if available) as referenced in EXTOXNET (EXtension TOXicology <br /> NETwork), a cooperative effort of University of California-Davis, Oregon State University, <br /> Michigan State University, Cornell University, and the University of Idaho,in the Material Safety <br /> Data Sheet(MSDS)provided bythe manufacturer for that chemical.Copies of chemical information <br /> sheets are provided in Appendix C. <br /> �..
