1 KLE/NFELDER
Biigtho0k.PigM blullou
Site has been redeveloped for existing truck repair and hauling related activities. Thus,
no assessment is recommended associated with the former agricultural use of the Site.
• Impacted soil associated with the diesel release in the vicinity of the northern dispenser
at the former fueling area on Parcel 3 was reported to be excavated and disposed
offsite. Based on the non-detect or low concentration (58 mg/kg) of TPH-d detected in
the composite samples collected from the excavation, and because contaminated soil
was reportedly removed, this release is not considered a REC likely to have impacted
soil, soil vapor or groundwater beneath the Site. No further assessment is
recommended based on the information reviewed regarding this release. However, it
should be noted that residual petroleum constituent concentrations may remain in
shallow soil in this area.
In addition to these conditions, deviations from the Phase I ESA Standard (if any) are discussed
in Chapter 8 of this report. This report is subject to the limitations in Section 2.5.
20172543.001A/STO16R49461 Page 5 of 54 November 2, 2016
©2016 Kleinfelder Aeinfelderxom
