1 DER
AGE
RryMpeple.Rlyhf Solution
AGE reviewed two laboratory reports for soil samples collected on August 17 and 19, 2005.
According to the property owner, Mr. Lloyd Farmer, an area of stained soil from a diesel fuel
release was excavated. Composite soil samples were collected from the sidewalls of the
excavation and from the excavated soil stockpile, and analyzed for the presence of TPH-d, and
BTEX. TPH-d was reported at a concentration of 4,250 mg/kg in the sample analyzed from the
soil stockpile, and 58 mg/kg in the sample from the excavation. In addition, toluene,
ethylbenzene and xylenes were reported in the stockpile sample at concentrations of 5.7 mg/kg,
25 mg/kg, and 353 mg/kg, respectively. A second composite soil sample was collected from the
excavation sidewalls. No TPH-d or BTEX concentrations were reported in the second sample.
AGE concluded that no RECs, HRECs, CRECs, or de minimis environmental conditions were
identified for the property, and recommended no further assessment.
20172543.001A/STO16R49461 Page 34 of 54 November 2, 2016
©2016 Kleinfelder www.kleinfelder.com
