V/ <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> ` 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> The site is presently a small winery and vineyard. The property has been owned by members of the <br /> same family, Spenker Ranch Inc., since 1865. The Jesse's Grove winery has been operating since <br /> 1987. Jesse's Grove Winery is a small winery which has between 8 to 12 special marketing events <br /> per year as described previously. <br /> The property had wheat crop from 1865 through 1889 when the vineyard was planted. The house <br /> was built in 1905 according to a title report. The barns were built between 1880 and 1912 (personal <br /> communication, November 22-23, 2004). <br /> ` 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> The existing residence has a septic system. The shed building has a restroom for employees and <br /> guests of the tasting room. No other septic systems are known to exist on the parcel. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Two septic system permits were found for 1973 West Turner Road. The first permit was for a <br /> repair of the house septic system in 1973, which involved adding a 10 yard sump to an existing <br /> septic system. The second permit identified was for a new septic system for a wine tasting room. <br /> ` The system has a 1600 gallon septic tank with four 80 foot long leach lines. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> As described above, the septic system repair permit was found for 1973 West Turner Road.
