Mr. Martin told the Committee that the Mitigation Monitoring Program would be the conditions <br /> of the approval for the whole project. Mr. Martin indicated that they could take out of the final <br /> conditions anything that was not sited as a Mitigation Measure for the CEQA project, if it has <br /> already been complied with,or if the new mitigation measure handles it. <br /> Ms. Lewis asked Mr. Martin if he had received a list of conditions made up after the Mitigation <br /> Monitoring Program from Richard Grassetti. Mr. Martin indicated that he would ask <br /> Mr. Grassetti to put the list in the form of an appendix so he can add it to the staff report. <br /> Mr. Martin told the applicants that when the project is approved they will need to submit an <br /> Improvement Plan showing how the conditions will be met with a response to each Mitigation <br /> Measure. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that he received a response form the Lathrop-Manteca Fire District, and that <br /> their conditions will be conditions of approval under Lathrop-Manteca Fire District. <br /> 10:00 a.m. 2. Ms. Mueller indicated that she has scheduled the project for <br /> the Planning Commission of February 6, 2003 because of the neighborhood opposition. <br /> Ms. Mueller indicated that the Community Development Department would be recommending <br /> approval for project to the Planning Commission. <br /> Ms. Mueller reviewed the conditions of approval. <br /> Mr. Moyer indicated that he would like to use an alternative surfacing like chip seal instead of <br /> asphalt concrete so no harm will come to the olive trees. Mr. Snead indicated that he thought <br /> crushed granite could be an alternative for the driving surfaces. Mr. Martin asked the applicants <br /> to have the site plan showing the main circulation lanes in asphalt, and as many asphalt parking <br /> spaces without bothering the olive trees. <br /> Mr. Moyer asked Ms. Mueller how parking was calculated. Mrs. Mueller indicated 29 spaces <br /> were required. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that access driveways have a width of no less that 25 feet for <br /> two-way traffic and 16 feet for one-way aisles. <br /> Ms. Mueller informed the applicants that they will need to have a 10' landscape strip along <br /> frontage. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Departments requirements. - <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. <br />
