The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$833.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square feet of building designated as Manufacturing or$216.55 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in;the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering.Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution <br /> 00-433) <br /> i. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> j. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Contact the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to <br /> development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280) and complete a Report of Waste Discharge <br /> (RWD) application. In the RWD, include all plan discharges including but not limited to manure <br /> storage/corriposting, reverse osmosis discharge, and any discharge from the egg processing area. <br /> b. Submit a Manure/Solid Waste Management Plan to Environmental Health for review and approval <br /> prior to the issuance of grading or building permits. The manure waste, hair/feather, and dead <br /> animal man2;gement practices being performed by the agricultural operation shall be conducted so <br /> as to prevent the creation of excessive vectors or other adverse public health/well-being conditions. <br /> Otherwise, manure shall be removed at intervals frequent enough to prevent the occurrence of <br /> such conditions (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Article 8, Sections 1778231., 17823.4, <br /> 17823.5, 17824; San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-605.6[k][4], Dairies). A review <br /> fee of$210.00 is required at the time of submittal. A plan preparation guidance document is <br /> available upon request. <br /> c.
