g. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- 1145.5) } h. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$833.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Manufacturing or$216.55 per additional daily trip-end generated in;the Tracy area. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. j. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. k. This project-will be subject to Regional Traffic Impact Fees. The fees shall be based on the current schedule. I. Contact the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280) and complete a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) application. In the RWD, include all plan discharges including but not limited to manure storage/corriposting, reverse osmosis discharge, and any discharge from the egg processing area. b. Submit a Manure/Solid Waste Management Plan to Environmental Health for review and approval prior to the issuance of grading or building permits. The manure waste, hair/feather, and dead animal man2;gement practices being performed by the agricultural operation shall be conducted so as to prevent the creation of excessive vectors or other adverse public health/well-being conditions. Otherwise, manure shall be removed at intervals frequent enough to prevent the occurrence of such conditions (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Article 8, Sections 1778231., 17823.4, 17823.5, 17824; San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-605.6[k][4], Dairies). A review fee of$210.00 is required at the time of submittal. A plan preparation guidance document is available upon request. c. The applicant shall make notification to Environmental Health to conduct a composting/organics handling operation and make application for a Notification Tier Permit sixty days prior to operation. A fee of$420.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health (NOTE: The Notification Tier Permit does not allow composting of mortality.)
