Leach line trenches and pipes have not been constructed level. <br /> 2. Invert elevations of the distribution boxes outlets are not level and boxes contain <br /> cracks. <br /> 3. The fifth septic tank in series does not have a solid partition wall with single 4" <br /> dia. pipe penetration leading into the pumping chamber. <br /> 4. Effluent piping from the factory has not been plumbed according to plan <br /> Recommended corrective measures for each of the preceding items are addressed in the <br /> following sections: <br /> Item 1 <br /> Elevations of each leach line in the two new disposal fields were taken our office and the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A summary of elevation differences from the beginning to <br /> the end(approx 8 feet before dry well) of each leach line is presented in the following table. <br />
