The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department According to Diane Martinez of the EHD, no files were available for the subject property addresses of 2927 and 2978 Vista Avenue, Stockton, Californias The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on January 30, 2007. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (CES) website6 was searched on January 23, 2007 in an attempt to determine whether hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES, the following incident reports are on file at that agency for the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile': Address Date Incident 2919 S. Cylinders Acetylene Gas Tank w/material Propane Tank - Empty /4 mile N. of Odell St. on Ivy September 12, 2006 Bix Spray on Stripper, 1 gallon Container w/ 1 pint material - No release. Due to the dates, nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed, the environmental impact to the subject property from these instances is expected to be minimal.
