Vista View Page 5 Our Project Number: E07013A February 26, 2007 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. The subject property has not been used for agricultural purposes for the last five years. 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System _ The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on January 30, 2007 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; no permits were found. 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 606, Section 238 was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on January 30, 2007. The property contained dumping sites in several locations which included fill dirt piles, tires, various household items, concrete and construction debris. Adjacent to the southwest corner of the property a waste pile containing similar material to items that were on the property with the addition of medical refuse, spread from the connecting property to the site. Adjacent to the northwest corner of the property was another dump site containing a rusted burned out vehicle and miscellaneous debris. Due to the excessive dumping, Mr. Sheil was contacted the same day via telephone by James Robinson, Sr. Project Manager who informed Mr. Sheil of our findings. Mr. Sheil indicated that the fill dirt was clean and dumped on the site by STAND from a nearby construction site. Mr. Sheil indicated that he would remove the waste piles from the property and upon completion call our office to schedule a second visit to verify removal of the debris and property clean up. A second visual inspection was conducted on February 12, 2007. The property was cleaned up and the trash piles were removed from the property to the county right of way. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. The subject property was observed to be a flat rectangular parcel containing no existing structures and there were no pole-mounted transformers observed on the site. e California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources, well map 606.
