The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for the project found <br /> that it would not result in any significant, adverse land use conflicts with adjoining <br /> property or land uses. <br /> Findinos of the Delta Protection Act of 1992 <br /> a. The development will not result in wetland or riparian loss. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the one-acre commercially developed site does <br /> not contain any wetlands or riparian habitat. <br /> b. The development will not result in the degradation of water quality. <br /> This Finding can be made because the site is not adjacent to any waterways and <br /> because the continued use of on-site services will be subject to compliance with <br /> appropriate local ordinances. <br /> G. The development will not result in increased nonpoint source pollution or soil erosion, including <br /> subsidence or sedimentation. <br /> • This Finding can be made because there is no new construction proposed as a part <br /> of this project. <br /> d. The development will not result in degradation or reduction of Pacific Flyway habitat. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the site does not contain any such habitat and <br /> because the Initial Study that was prepared for the project concluded that it would not <br /> result in any significant, adverse impacts on wildlife or supporting habitat. <br /> e. The development will not result in reduced public access, provided that access does not infringe <br /> upon private property rights. <br /> • This Finding can be made because there are no public access rights associated with <br /> or required of this project. <br /> f. The development will not expose the public to increased flood hazards. <br /> This Finding can be made because there is no new construction proposed as a part <br /> of this project and because the use will take place within an existing structure. <br /> g.
