In the 1998 photo, it appears that structures are present on the adjacent lots to
the east and west. The vehicles or small objects previously on the Site are no
longer apparent.
In the 2002 photo, one small object can again be seen on the Site. No other
significant changes are apparent.
In the 2006 photo, two structures can be seen on the Site. An additional
structure can be seen on the adjacent lot to the west.
In the 2014 photo, no significant changes are apparent_
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on January 28, 2015. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the Site from both
streets, and was able to view the exterior and yards of the Harding Way house.
The Willow Street house was gated and could only be observed from the street
and from the back yard of the Harding Way house. The interiors of the structures
were not inspected. It was not always possible to inspect the ground surface due
to objects and vegetation.
The Site is a residential lot with a house on Harding Way and a house on Willow
Street. Both houses were observed to be in good condition. Other than a
wooden board and what appeared to be a piece of cement in the back yard of the
Willow Street house, and a few miscellaneous objects awaiting trash collection in
the front of that house, no surface debris was noted.
Based on the tentative parcel map (Wong Engineers, 2015), it appears that the
Site includes land to the west of the fence line which is currently used by the
neighbor to the west. This portion of the Site was not inspected during the site
visit due to lack of access authorization. One pole-mounted transformer was
observed on Harding Way in this area.
The Site is surrounded on all sides by residential property.
LOGE 1503 3
