(APN[s]/Address: 191-040-07 8 -OS / 13285 S. <br />Willow Glen Rd., Stockton) <br />ACTION: On May 4, 2022, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Revision <br />of Approved Action No. PA -t 800301 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must ba filed with this Department within 1 O days of the action with an appeal fee of $711 .65. The 1 O -day appeal <br />period ands at 4:30 p.m. on May 14, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br />expire on the neM regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by October 25, 2024.
