CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -t 800301 <br />MARIO JAOUE3 /CAROL ANN JAQUES /FTG MATERIALS, INC. <br />Revisions of Approved Actions for Agricultural Excavation Application No. PA -1800301 was approv¢d <br />by iha San Joaquin County Community Development Department on May 4, 2022. The original date of <br />approval is October 25, 2019. This approval will ¢xpir¢ on Octob¢r 25, 2024, which is 5 years from the <br />original date of approval, unl¢ss (�) all Conditions of Approval have bean compiled with, (2) all <br />necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all n¢c¢ssary permits from <br />other agencies hav¢ been sacur¢d and remain In fore¢. <br />Unless oth¢rwisa specified, all Condiflons of Approval and Ordinance requlrem¢nts shall be fultill¢d <br />prior to the establishm¢nt of th¢ us¢ and th¢ issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br />follow¢d by a S¢ction Number hav¢ bean identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br />application. IMPROVEMENT PLAN APPLICATION: Submit an "APPLICATION -IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The <br />Site Pian required as a part of the Improvement Plan application must show drainage, driveway access <br />details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping. signs, existing and proposed utility services, and <br />grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details). A fee Is required for the Site Plan review. <br />(Development Title Section 9-884) <br />b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for the excavation and removal of 97,000 cubic yards of sand <br />material over a E2}-fwo-year-parsed five (S veer oariod with the Derm it exoirino October 25 2024, as <br />shown on the site plan dated April 8, 2019. Final Reclamation shall be consistent with the iipdatatl <br />._.�.o revised October 20. 2021 Jaques Agricukural Excavation Permit /Reclamation Plan. <br />c. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormweter tlrainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br />corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on [he Silo Plan. Drainage calculations <br />prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br />1135) <br />d. PRIVATE ROADS: All private roads Involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control <br />the creation of dust. (Development Title Section 9-1410.3[a]) <br />e. FINAL GRADE: The final grade shall <br />(t) Not result in disruption of the flow of drainage water from the property of adjoining properties; <br />(2) Not adversely affect the irrigability of the property or surrounding properties. If the property is <br />within an irrigation district, the final grade shall be limited to that elevation which is necessary <br />to provide gravity irrigation to the property. This determination may be made by the irrigation <br />district: <br />(3) Not adv¢rsely affect the relation of the water tabl¢ to the surtace of the land; <br />(4) Have an average elevation no less than the average elevation of the natural grade of [he <br />surrounding land. The average elevation of the natural or existing grade shall be the av¢rage <br />elevation of all lantl 100 feet from the perimeter of the proposed excavation, excluding any <br />portion of the perimeter adjacent to a river, river -bank, levee, public roatl,. railroad, canal, <br />pipeline, or other similar uses or rights-of-way. <br />PA -1800301 —Conditions of Approval <br />
