The corrosion potential for <br /> uncoated steel was high. <br /> The San Joaquin County ground water map data provided in Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater, <br /> Spring 1999 published by the San Joaquin County Flood Control District and Water Conservation <br /> District(FCD&WCD) and Lines of Equal Elevation of Groundwater, Spring 1999, also published <br /> by the FCD&WCD does not extend to the north Tracy area. It is inferred that the subject property <br /> is in a shallow-groundwater area. <br /> 4.0. HISTORICAL USE <br /> The history of the subject site from as early as 1914 to present was research.Q,d by-reviewing aerial <br /> photographs,topographic maps,Pesticide Use reports and a personal interview. Based on available <br /> 1575 rmatlon, subject property use appears to have been undeveloped or agricultural land for at least <br /> 90 years. The 1914 topographic map shows the property as undeveloped land, the 1957, 1982 and <br /> 1993 aerial photographs show the property as agricultural land planted in what appear to be row <br /> crops.The current use of the property is to grow tomatoes;there is a small residential complex at the <br /> northeast corner. <br /> 4.1. AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Aerial photographs were utilized to determine the developmental history of the subject property and <br /> surrounding areas.Three aerial photographs,dated 1957, 1982 and 1993,were provided by EDR and <br /> one USGS aerial photograph, dated 1993,was reviewed on the Microsoft TerraServer Internet site <br /> ( http://terraserver.microsoft.com ). Not all of Parcel 27 is shown on the photographs. <br /> Subject Property:The property is shown as agricultural land,planted in what appears to be row crops <br /> or grasses. A levee extends between Parcels 26 and 27,a small pond or other water feature is noted <br /> on the north portion of the property and appears to extend along the west side of the levee. A <br /> residential complex at South Wing Levee Road is visible on all three photographs. <br /> Surrounding Properties. Surrounding properties in all directions appear utilized for agricultural <br /> purposes.A road is visible at the northwest corner of the property and a river extends along the south <br /> and southeast boundaries of the property.Additional residences are visible along South Wing Levee. <br /> Aerial photographs of the subject area predating 1957 and subsequent to 1993 were not readily <br /> available for review. No items of potential environmental concern for the subject property were <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
