(Development Title Section 9-1100.3)" <br /> • As per ordinance 3334, Board of Supervisors established Area of Benefit No. 7, <br /> Woodbridge Greens, requiring all developments within said Area of Benefit to pay fair <br /> share for oversizing of storm system. The collected fees shall be credited to Woodbridge <br /> Greens, a Limited Partnership. <br /> Condition #9 <br /> "The applicant/developer is subject to area of Benefit No. 10, Bank of Lodi, and shall pay appropriate fees <br /> prior to issuance of any building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3)" <br /> • As per ordinance 3695, Board of Supervisors established Area of Benefit No. 10, Bank of <br /> Lodi, requiring all developments within said Area of Benefit to pay fair share for water <br /> system improvements. The collected fees shall be credited to Bank of Lodi. <br /> Condition #10 <br /> "Annexation of the development into Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District for Storm Drainage and <br /> Water shall be required, prior to issuance of any building permit. A fee per acre shall be paid to process <br /> the annexation. The fee shall be based on current schedule." <br /> • The proposed development can be served by the Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District <br /> for water and storm services. Per San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.2, the applicant is required to connect to the services. The District requires <br /> annexationin order to provide services. <br /> Due to the recommendation of the Department of Public Works, the Community Development Department is <br /> recommending denial of the revisions. <br /> Letters of Opposition <br /> The Community Development Department has received two letters in opposition to the proposed revisions: <br /> one letter was received from the Woodbridge Municipal Advisory Council, and the other letter was from a <br /> neighbor.
