Lower Sacramento Road APN: 015-140-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The Department is concerned that the requested revisions are for conditions which are Ordinance requirements for <br /> which relief is not allowable from the applicable provisions of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> The Woodbridge MAC has recommended against revision of conditions 2, 7, 8 and 10. <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 80- feet. <br /> Augusta Street has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> If the proposed revisions of approved actions application was to continue in the application process, the Department <br /> t ,.,f Public Works would recommend denial for the following reasons: <br />
