The <br />photograph was taken by Joe Hunt on September 29, 2016 <br />We observed the trailers were labeled with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) <br />placards, Department of Transportation (DOT) labels, and the other labels such as T-79, T-139 <br />CB23 etc. I questioned Mr. Bishop regarding what these numbers refer to on the trailers. He <br />explained that the numbers indicate the information of the trailer and/or the materials that can <br />be transported using these trailers.
