Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 4.0 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> 4.1 TITLE RECORDS <br /> Review of select title records provided by the Client for the Site property was conducted for this <br /> assessment. The preliminary title report prepared on April 29,2008 was reviewed and a copy is provided <br /> in this report's Appendix. <br /> 4.2 ENVIRONMENTAL LIENS,ACTIVITY AND USE LIMITATIONS <br /> No environmental liens were encountered in the documents reviewed,or were reported in interview and <br /> questionnaire information supplied during this assessment. No land-use restrictions regarding hazardous <br /> materials or petroleum products were observed in the documents reviewed or reported in the interviews. <br /> Additionally,an Environmental Lien Search was conducted for Carlton through EDR by netr real Estate <br /> Research&Information,and no environmental liens,or activity or use limitations were reported by EDR. <br /> Easements for public utilities exist on the property. <br /> 4.3 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE <br /> The property purchaser/Client did not report specialized knowledge of existing recognized environmental <br /> conditions on the Site. <br /> 4.4 COMMONLY KNOWN OR REASONABLY ASCERTAINABLE INFORMATION <br /> The Client has communicated they have no information suggesting commonly known or reasonably <br /> ascertainable information regarding hazardous materials or petroleum product impacts to the property. <br /> 4.5 VALUATION REDUCTION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES <br /> The Client reports that no property valuation reduction due to environmental issues is known. <br /> 4.6 OWNER,PROPERTY MANAGER,AND OCCUPANT INFORMATION <br /> The property owner's representative(knowledgeable of the Site's history and use)communicated no <br /> knowledge of information indicating the presence of hazardous materials or petroleum product impacts <br /> to the property. <br /> 4.7 REASON FOR PERFORMING A PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> This assessment is being conducted to identify any existing or past recognized environmental conditions on or <br /> adjoining the Site property pursuant to the Client's request. <br /> 4.8 PREVIOUS PHASE 1 ESA <br /> The Client and the property owner's representative have indicated no knowledge of a previous Phase I <br /> Environmental Site Assessment report completed for the Site property. <br /> Lodi Energy Center Property ESA 7 <br /> Carlton Project No.6300-01-08 <br /> June 2008 <br /> CARLTONM <br /> E n g i n e e r i n g I n c. <br />
