M possible, interviews and/or record searches will also be <br /> conducted to understand, to the extent possible, historical practices conducted <br /> by the previous owners. <br /> Information obtained during this task will be assessed to identify areas of <br /> potential non-compliance. An interim report will be prepared describing the <br /> results of the evaluation, provide recommendations for complying with applicable <br /> regulations and to provide a basis for the hazardous waste management plan. A <br /> Section 66471 Waste Analysis will be completed to address violation No. 2 of the <br /> DOHS order. Submittal of the Part A application will address violation No. 1 of <br /> the DOHS order. <br /> Task 3 - Preparation of Hazardous Waste Management Plan <br /> A hazardous waste management plan will be developed addressing areas such as <br /> contingency planning, emergency procedures, employee training, administrative <br /> record keeping, container labeling, and waste manifesting. The waste management <br /> plan will be submitted to Overhead/Lodi Door for approval and implementation. <br /> Implementation of the waste management plan will address violation Nos. 3, 4, 5, <br /> 6, and 7 of the DOHS order. <br />
