CTL is presently contacting occupational health <br />training organizations to schedule HAZWOPER training for its wash -rack employees. <br />Presently, CTL has identified the following HAZWOPER training needs: <br />POSITION <br />TRAINING REQUIREMENTS <br />(1) Wash -rack Supervisor 40 -Hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency <br />Response Training + Supervisor Training (29 CFR <br />1910.120 (e)(3) and (4)). <br />(1) Wash -rack Manager 40 -Hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency <br />Response Training (29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(3)). <br />Wash -rack Supervisor and 8 -Hour Refresher Training - Annual Required Up -date <br />Manager (29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(8)). <br />In addition, CTL is in the process of establishing a medical surveillance program for wash - <br />rack employees. <br />Anticipated Completion Date: September 30, 1995 <br />B2. Written Inspection Logs <br />CTL is in the process of up -dating its daily and monthly inspection forms. The amended <br />forms will address the hazardous material equipment and containment structures. The <br />purpose of the up -dated inspection forms is to provide facility personnel with the tools to <br />avoid an accidental material release that could adversely impact human health or the <br />environment. <br />Anticipated Completion Date: September 15, 1995 <br />
