SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
- r_-,L_ ,., l
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1/1/2019 to
10/18/2019 for C00050290 located at
1535 E. PESCADERO AVENUE
Activity Date Recorded by
09/11/2019 Review of the following emails received on 9/9/2019 from Jamie Haines: "Good PE 2546 FLORIDO
30 min morning Elianna. SC 544
I've been working on this for the past two weeks. The response team failed to
request the fish kill test with the first sample submittal and I've been waiting on the
results. The results came back as negative and I was working with our vendor to
get the results to you with our plan for waste disposal. I am hoping to have this
information to you this week and would like to request your consultation on our
plan to dispose as non-regulated non-RCRA prior to proceeding. I will forward the
lab results once I get the consolidated results (fish kill and standard testing).
Please let me know if you have any questions."
and
"Update. Evidently, the team failed to provide enough sample to perform all
necessary tests. We are providing additional sample media to the lab today and
testing for the following: VOCs, TPH(o,g,d), and STLC/TCLP for CAM 17 metals.
This is going as a"rush" sample.
Please let me know if any additional tests would be required, locally.
Thank you."
Jamie Haines
Safety Coordinator II
YRC Enterprise Services— Field Resource Center, Overland Park, KS
Office: 913.344.5205 1 Fax: 913.982.5358
jamie.haines@yrcfreight.com
YRC Chemical Helpline 1.800.395.5446 option 2
YRC Freight Customer Service Center 1.800.610.6500
Discussed these emails with Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS. Emailed Jamie Haines
the following: "Thanks for the update. What I gathered from your two emails is that
the aquatic toxicity test for the two roll-off bins of fire debris came back negative
and you are now waiting on the VOCs, TPH, and CAM 17 metals analysis results.
While you are waiting for the remaining results, can you send me the aquatic
toxicity test results? Please also confirm how the five drums of rinse water, three
drums of oily fire debris, and three drums of aerosol can fire debris from the
clean-up have been or will be managed." I received an automatic email back from
Jamie stating "I am currently out of the office and will be returning on 09/16/2019. 1
will reply to your message upon my return.
