THC LOGISTICS SECURITY PLAN <br /> Product Storage <br /> Applicant will not Store or maintain more cannabis than is required for normal, <br /> efficient operation. Applicant will only store cannabis in secure rooms equipped with <br /> motion sensors technology and video surveillance systems. Access to storage areas will <br /> be limited to Applicant's hours of operation and any breach outside of predetermined <br /> Hours will automatically trigger an alarm. Applicant will limit storage area access to the <br /> minimum number of specifically authorized personnel necessary for efficient operations <br /> of the facility. The building safety and security systems shall be approved by all <br /> appropriate county departments. <br /> Hours of Operation <br /> The business shall operate,7 days a week. Hours should be from 10am -8pm with the <br /> exception of Fridays (9am-9pm) and Sundays (12am-8pm). During times when the <br /> dispensary is closed, it shall be securely locked and the exterior entrance alarm system <br /> shall be activated. The exterior entrance alarm system will have 24-hour monitoring and <br /> will be able to immediately detect and notify authorities of unauthorized entrance at <br /> times when the facility is closed. <br /> Facility Layout and Security Drawings <br /> Applicant will provide current copies of floor plans to regulators and local <br /> law enforcement that have jurisdiction in the area the Facility is located, <br /> as well as current contact information for the Agent-in-Charge, General <br /> Manager, and/or CEO <br /> Limited-Access Areas <br /> Licensees shall ensure that only employees of the licensee and other authorized <br /> individuals access the limited-access areas of the licensed premises. An individual who <br /> enters the limited-access area and is not employed by the licensee shall be escorted by <br /> an employee of the licensee at all times while within the limited-access area. Applicant <br /> shall maintain a record of all authorized individuals who are not employees of the <br /> licensee who enter the limited-access areas. The record shall include the name of the <br /> individual, the company the individual works for, the reason the individual entered the <br /> limited-access area, the date, and the times the individual entered and exited the <br /> limited-access area. These records shall be made available to the Bureau immediately <br /> upon request. Entrances to all limited-access areas shall have a solid door and a locks. <br /> The door shall remain closed when not in use during regular business hours. <br />
