Restriction—Non Rescindable and recorded concurrently with the Parcel Map(contact Department <br /> of Public Works, Development Services Division for processing) (Development Title 9- <br /> 1150.15[c][d])(A fee for processing the Declaration will be required.) <br /> h. The limits of the Mokelumne River and the Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area, including the one hundred year flood elevations, shall be referenced on the <br /> Parcel Map in accordance with Section 66434.2 of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> 1. Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall <br /> require a State NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more <br /> acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre of soil and is not part of a larger common <br /> plan of development, are required to obtain coverage under the current General Permit for <br /> Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity. <br /> 2. Drainage from the improved portion of each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin <br /> at the time of development of each parcel. Drainage facilities shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Standards. Retention basins shall be <br /> fenced with six (6) foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 <br /> inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along <br /> with a drainage plan for review and approval prior to release of Building Permits. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 3. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure in the area of special <br /> flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b), and (c). <br /> 4. All new structures shall be prohibited within the Federal Emergency Management Agency's <br /> and the State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's designated floodways of the Mokelumne <br /> River. <br /> 5. A State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for <br /> work done on Mokelumne River and within 30-feet of the top of its banks or within 10-feet from <br /> its levee toes. <br /> 6. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control <br /> District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> 5. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT([209]468-3420) <br /> a. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or <br /> current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, <br /> including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$260 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report(Service Request#SR0073801) on September 22, 2015 that has been approved. <br /> PA-1600024 (MS, TE) Conditions of Approval 4 <br />
