AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> AGE reviewed aerial photographs of the subject property and surrounding area provided <br /> by EDR for the years 1940, 1957, 1963, 1973, 1982, 1993, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2012 and <br /> 2016 (Appendix C). The following is a summary of our review of the aerial photographs: <br /> Year(s) Aerial Photo Summary <br /> 1940 No structures are visible on or immediately adjacent to the property. Remnants of a <br /> dry slough was evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. <br /> Surrounding use appears to be largely rural. <br /> 1957, 1963, No structures are visible on or immediately adjacent to the property. A slough was <br /> 1973, 1982, evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use <br /> 1993 appears to be largely rural. Row crops are evident south and southwest of the <br /> subject property. <br /> 2006 A driveway, a residential home,were visible on the northeast section of the property. <br /> A slough was evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. <br /> Surrounding use appears to be largely rural. Row crops are evident south and <br /> southwest of the subject property. <br /> 2009, 2012, A driveway, a residential home,a pool, general landscaping and a tree orchard were <br /> 2016 visible on the northeast section of the property. A slough was evident on the north, <br /> northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use appears to be largely <br /> rural. Row crops are evident south and southwest of the subject property. <br /> In summary, review of historical aerial photographs revealed no obvious features, such <br /> as bulk petroleum tank farms or gasoline service stations, on the subject property or <br /> adjacent properties that are of significant environmental concern. <br /> 4.3. USGS TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS <br /> AGE reviewed historical topographic maps of the subject property and surrounding area <br /> that were supplied by EDR for the years 1915, 1922, 1942, 1947, 1952, 1969, 1980, 1991 <br /> and 2012 (Appendix C). The following is a summary of our review of the topographic <br /> maps: <br /> Year(s) Historical Topographic Map Summary <br /> 1915, 1922, The subject property is located in a rural area with no large population centers <br /> 1942, 1947, visible. The property is southwest of the San Joaquin River. <br /> 1952 <br /> 1969, 1980, The subject property is located in a rural area with no large population centers <br /> 1991, 2012 visible. Three (3) water wells are depicted immediately south and southwest <br /> of the subject property; four (4) additional water wells are located <br /> approximately '/2 to 3/4-mile southeast, southwest, west and northwest of the <br /> subject property. Two gas wells are depicted in the 1980 and 1991 maps <br /> approximately 3/4-mile south and southwest of the site. The property is <br /> southwest of the San Joaquin River. <br />
