AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS AGE reviewed aerial photographs of the subject property and surrounding area provided by EDR for the years 1940, 1957, 1963, 1973, 1982, 1993, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2012 and 2016 (Appendix C). The following is a summary of our review of the aerial photographs: Year(s) Aerial Photo Summary 1940 No structures are visible on or immediately adjacent to the property. Remnants of a dry slough was evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use appears to be largely rural. 1957, 1963, No structures are visible on or immediately adjacent to the property. A slough was 1973, 1982, evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use 1993 appears to be largely rural. Row crops are evident south and southwest of the subject property. 2006 A driveway, a residential home,were visible on the northeast section of the property. A slough was evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use appears to be largely rural. Row crops are evident south and southwest of the subject property. 2009, 2012, A driveway, a residential home,a pool, general landscaping and a tree orchard were 2016 visible on the northeast section of the property. A slough was evident on the north, northwest and west portions of the property. Surrounding use appears to be largely rural. Row crops are evident south and southwest of the subject property. In summary, review of historical aerial photographs revealed no obvious features, such as bulk petroleum tank farms or gasoline service stations, on the subject property or adjacent properties that are of significant environmental concern. 4.3. USGS TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS AGE reviewed historical topographic maps of the subject property and surrounding area that were supplied by EDR for the years 1915, 1922, 1942, 1947, 1952, 1969, 1980, 1991 and 2012 (Appendix C). The following is a summary of our review of the topographic maps: Year(s) Historical Topographic Map Summary 1915, 1922, The subject property is located in a rural area with no large population centers 1942, 1947, visible. The property is southwest of the San Joaquin River. 1952 1969, 1980, The subject property is located in a rural area with no large population centers 1991, 2012 visible. Three (3) water wells are depicted immediately south and southwest of the subject property; four (4) additional water wells are located approximately '/2 to 3/4-mile southeast, southwest, west and northwest of the subject property. Two gas wells are depicted in the 1980 and 1991 maps approximately 3/4-mile south and southwest of the site. The property is southwest of the San Joaquin River.
