Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the Woodbridge Sanitary District shall be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> The parcels shall be connected to the water system of Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District. <br /> Connection to the storm drainage system of Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District is not required at <br /> this time, but a Drainage Trust Fund Fee will be required for future placement of the storm drain <br /> facility. The fee currently is $5,950.00 per acre minus a credit of$1,128.00 (updated)per acre for <br /> previous buy-in fee and $274.34 for previous AOB No. 7 fee. <br /> 7. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way to install the water <br /> services.
