REVISED RECOMMENDATION STOCKTON SAND AND GRAVEL EIR (EIR-81-5/EP-81-9) 9-28•-81_ - Approve project subject to the following conditions : 1. This permit shall expire -f-ive LIV,21re years from the date of approval Aug-ogle--2?o- 986. 2 . All proposed work excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed prior to expiration of this permit. Permitted Proposed work shall not include any testing excavation, project-related storage, or other activity either in the area located outside project boundaries as shown on the revised plan map or in the area designated "Area 4 ( future unknown) " on the revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule. A revised Schedule shall be filed with the Planning Department prior to the commencement of excavation to demonstrate compliance. 3. Standard Excavation Conditions. The Hours of Operation section is modified to read : S. _ � �s Plant operations shall not be carri d on between the hours from 5 P .M. through 8 A.M. or on weekends , except during periods of declared national or state emergency or except under such other conditions, economic or otherwise, as may warrant deviation from the above stated restrictions, in which case operation between 5 P.M. and 8 A.M. and/or on weekends shall have been approved previously by the Planning Director. 4. Standard Quarry Excavation Conditions.
