Devised Recommendation (9-28-81) <br /> EIR-81-5/EP-81-9 <br /> Page 4 <br /> 26. Use of the proposed truck scales shall be limited to customers <br /> in the process of hauling materials from the site. <br /> 27. Site access along Waverly Road shall be relocated southwardly <br /> a sufficient distance to eliminate the visual obstructions and <br /> traffic safety hazards . Due to hilly road features, the access <br /> Point shall be relocated at least 1, 000 feet to the south. The <br /> use of other routes for access to the site is prohibited. <br /> 28. Prior to the commencement of excavation , the applicant shall <br /> T submit for approval by the decision-making body: <br /> a. A revised site plan which shows the site access, vegetative <br /> screening, locations of structures, excavation phasing, <br /> project boundaries, paved surfaces, and elevations of <br /> excavation depths and final surfaces. <br /> b. A revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule which <br /> details the locations , acreages, and cubic yardages to be <br /> excavated and rehabilitated and the timetables and sequences <br /> in which these operations shall be accomplished. <br /> C. A revised Rehabilitation Plan which incorporates the <br /> reseedinc__recommendation of the SCS (Soil Conservation Service) <br /> or the Agricultural Extension Service. <br />
