Permitted Prepesed work shall <br /> not include any testing excavation, project-related storage, or <br /> other activity either in the area located outside project boundaries <br /> as shown on the revised plan map or in the area designated "Area 4 <br /> ( future unknown) " on the revised Excavation and Rehabilitation <br /> Schedule. A revised Schedule shall be filed with the Planning <br /> Department prior to the commencement of excavation to demonstrate <br /> compliance. <br /> 3. Standard Excavation Conditions. The Hours of Operation section <br /> is modified to read: <br /> Plant operations shall not be carried on between the hours <br /> from 5 P .M. through 8 A.M. or on weekends , except during <br /> periods of declared national or state emergency or except <br /> under such other conditions, economic or otherwise, as may <br /> warrant deviation from the above stated restrictions, in which <br /> case operation between 5 P.M. and 8 A.M. and/or on weekends <br /> shall have been approved previously by the Planning Director. <br /> 4. Standard Quarry Excavation Conditions . The Rehabilitation <br /> Schedule section is modified to read: <br /> Rehabilitation shall be completed not later than six (6) months <br /> from the date on which the extraction is completed on any phase, <br /> except that the Director of Planning may, upon request, approve, <br /> as a minor deviation, a one year extension when economic <br /> conditions warrant. <br /> 5 . �te�ereal-e-f-tl�e-e�ceaatieA-edee-e -6abaeas-�a-ar�d-2�b-shall- e�eee <br /> prier-ap�re�al-ef-tl�e-Plarrntng-B3reeter.
