Additional Notes: <br />1. All materials must be bagged prior to placement in the appropriate tote; <br />2. Any liquids must be solidified prior to placement in a bag; <br />3. If an oxidizer comes into contact with liquids, separate from all other materials and let <br />the oxidizer dry out. Do not place any clean-up debris (i.e. towels, packaging, <br />absorbent) in with the oxidizer material. Once dry, bag the material and place into the <br />Oxidizer tote; <br />4. All bagged material must be identified. If the waste material does not contain the <br />original packaging, that identifies the waste, then use a permanent black marker and <br />write the information on the bag; <br />5. All batteries must have their terminals covered (i.e. taped) prior to placement in the <br />bag. Unprotected battery terminals can create a reaction if they come in contact with <br />other battery terminals that can result in a fire; <br />
