(Fugro), on behalf of Shell Oil Company (Shell), is pleased to provide San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) the attached quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring report for the subject site. Petroleum hydrocarbons have not been indicated in <br /> analyses of groundwater samples collected from MW-1 since April 1993. Concentrations in MW- <br /> 2 and MW-3 have been declining. Separate-phase hydrocarbons have not been observed in MW- <br /> 3 since April 1993. <br /> In response to a letter from the SJCEHD dated July 7, 1994, Fugro submitted an "Interim <br /> Remediation Workplan," dated August 30, 1994, to address the concentrations of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons indicated in MW-3.
